BLOOD CHROME NEON

BLOOD CHROME NEON is a tabletop RPG about a cyberpunk future. While it's still got some crunch and some depth, the game is relatively lightweight, and is pretty straightforward to hack. 

To play, you'll need a bunch of six-sided dice (about a dozen), some friends, pencils and paper, and a few hours. 

The game is a downloadable PDF, which contain just about everything you'll need to play: rules, options, instructions, some high-level worldbuilding, and a bit of inspiration for the GM.
